It's Fit Friday, I'm so glad to be back into the swing of things, now that the family is back in school. It's alot easier to stay to my schedule and workouts. I started back up at the end of July/begining of August, again...lol. The fist week went well...oh how I hated to work out, that first week is always killer. The second week I was so busy and we went to CA for vacay. This week was alot better, I'm excersizing/working out at least 3-4 times a week. I am mostly running and HIIT workouts, quick and easy and straight to the point. I'm a busy mama so the quickest, easiest the better. There is no time for 1 hour workouts, besides you can do most of the HIIT workouts to get 1 hour results.
Here's a short vlog of my first day of getting back to working out.
Here's what I've been doing this week
Burpees: I do a set of 10 with a jump at the end
Jumping Jacks: Set of 15, so I do 3 jumping jacks then count so it would sound like this 1, 2, 3 -1, 1, 2, 3-2....etc.
This is my warm up before I do running, running is always the last thing I do, well after I stretch too, also good for the body.
Every other workout I throw a HIIT Workout in there. Here are a few that I've tried and love, they kick butt let me tell you.

Then it's on to running.
Running: 1 minute intrevals, walking for 1 min and sprinting for a minute. I do this for about 10 minutes. If your just starting you want to probably start with 5 minutes to get your body acclamated to that, then work your way up. I also do a 1-2 minute warm-up with walking at the begining and end.
