Finding time to workout, let alone find time, is one of the main reasons why I love HIIT workouts. You can do in less than 10 mins, 3-4 days a week. I have been doing HIIT workouts for the past couple of years and it worked for me....up until I got pregnant. HIIT workouts can last from 5 min - 45 mins. The best thing about the workouts is that you can do it all in the comfort of your own home and the best thing is they are free.
You can google it, youtube it, or go pinterest and just search HIIT workouts. I have found a few that I will be doing this week and has worked for me. They are less than 10 minutes and man do you get a workout. HIIT workouts burn fat calories 9x more than regular cardio workouts and it's in more than half the time.
This is why I love HIIT workouts so much. Don't spend soo much money, as I did, or get bored, with those gimmicky workout videos that you spend $100's on. I bought it used the program and finished and now it just sits there. I love using different Hiit workouts, it changes up thing, you don't get bored with it. You just need a formula to go by. Like something like this. And I will be posting every Friday, they are already scheduled, different workout schedules and plans for it. Mon - 10 min HIIT workout
Tues - Rest
Wed - 15 min HIIT workout
Thurs - Rest
